November proved to be yet another bumper month on the support desk, with every member of the team giving their all to make our customer's usage of Synchro even better, so a big thank you to all.
In personal news, Shane Allen joined me, and my fellow xbox mates for a trip down to Rugby and a day spent playing Warfighters (imagine paintball, without the paint) a great day was had by all, and I even managed to pick up another trophy for most valuble player (the only person to win back-to-back trophies no less!).
