Hello Again everyone.....

..well, just time for a quick update, as the Synchro32 team are flat out at the moment, new leads, new customers, new development (I hope your all enjoying the swish new look Synchro32)

The baby snakes are all doing well, and at time of typing, two of them have already gone to new homes, with another 4 ready to go next week.

The Cats seem to have entered a period of loving winding their dad up however, the furry fiends!

Time marches on as is its want, and before we know it, we'll be exchanging festive wishes....(CRIKEY)

All thats left to do now, is get ready for next week, when its feeding time....that should help push me over the edge of insanity.

Hello again...Day 3 of baby snake beginnings.

All 20 eggs have now pipped... the last two only in the early hours of this morning...

15 little hatchlings are now out of the egg...so not long left to go now..

I have had 4 Storm morphs so far, the rest of them are blood reds... One of the Storms is VERY striking...so guess where he's going to live......Thats right...I'm keeping that one....his name...to fit in with the rest...'Swizzlestick Reliant'. He hatched as I was checking the eggs....and some Pics are below... also some more random egg snaps...and a cpl of other snakes emerging from the egg.

Now....some of you may remember, that my Royal Python has proved to be a somewhat elusive target for having pics of him taken.... well, not so last night, as I finally got a good pic of him...he's doing VERY well, and is now about three and half foot long...and exceptionally strong.. he'll grow to around 5ft...and is the daftest, softest snake on the planet...I love him to bits.

Ok...I stand corrected...

The 'Normal' hatchlings are anything but.... I have just found out that they are, in fact, 'Diffused' gene, of the morph 'Blood red'....just like their dad, 'Dangerous Beans'..... which makes them very rare.....ultra proud of Strawberry Cheesecake now...

Well, I promised more updates on the snake eggs.....

Total now stands at 14 (!!!) eggs pipped..... three of those are now completely out the egg, and already being pampered.. I'll get some pics for you when I've given them a few hours peace to settle in (after all, wouldn't you be terrified if you'd spent a day trying to get out of an egg, just to be scooped up by some five headed monster)

Most of the hatchlings look like a mix of Normal & Okatee morphs... however...two of them show the colours of a morph called 'Storm' which are very striking Black & Grey in colour..

All in all, their looking healthy & happy, so what more could a proud dad ask for. :)

I have included some snaps from last night...which shows a cpl of little heads sticking out of their eggs.

...Hello All.....

Well, the days finally arrived.... 10 weeks after laying her first ever clutch of eggs, My Corn Snake, Strawberry Cheesecake has become a mom....

at 05:40hrs this AM, a quick check on the incubator found 4 eggs pipped....by 6am, the first nose appeared....at 7am..three little snouts are sticking out the eggs....

So far, from what I can see, the first three at least have carried the same gene as their mother (a 'Normal' corn), however, they could even be a morph called an 'Okatee'. Each hatchling, once 'pipped' from the egg, will stay in the egg to absorb the remaining nutrients, and once ready.....they'll pop out to begin a life of luxury.

I have some pics from earliest shots to latest, and will keep updating through the day....or...(gulp)....days

isnt she lovely!... she's a 2 month old 'Lavender' morph hatchling, and that pale pinky-purple colour and white markings look even better in real life than on this pic...and, to continue the grand tradition of ridiculous names, I'd like to formally introduce you to: Lollipop Von-Stroodle

Hooray!!!...

On Sunday 6th of June, just as I was about to place a Strawberry Cheesecake the Snake back into her main vivarium from the nesting box she's been in all week, she starts to lay.....

After hurriedly placing her back into her nesting box (and nine...NINE!!! hours later.) a clutch of 20 eggs has arrived...both Strawberry and the clutch of eggs are fine..Strawberry has already gone back into the main vivarium (which has cheered up a grumpy Dangerous Beans) and I have begun incubation of the eggs...

Heres a pic of what my beautiful little scaly girl has achieved....a stirling effort for her first ever lay...you wont be able to count them all, but you get the idea...each egg is about 3cm's long, and roughly 2cm's wide, so understandably, Strawberry's a bit tired.

I'll keep you all updated with events, as with a great deal of hope (and no small amount of good luck) all the eggs will prove healthy and viable, and should take about 60-70 days to hatch...fingers crossed please folks...

Ok, I promised to post up some pics of the last few cars I've hurtled round virtual racetracks.....and here they are....

ah...the Shelby GT...I got forced into driving this....orrible car....nice in a straight line, but cornering took 4 years

The 1969 Chevy Chevelle...again, forced into driving this one, but not a bad car after 7-8 hours worth of tuning....got me a second place in this jalopy

Ferrari FXX..... sleek, swift, eats corners, and won me a Pole Posistion, a first place finish, and a new lap record..

Presenting the Honda Mugen Integra type-R..... and at time of posting, it hasn't raced yet...however, a LOT of tuning and tweaking should help me bring in another podium finish this Saturday (15/05/2010)

So there you go...I promised I'd get some pics up....the only one that couldn't get was a Mclaren gt...sadly, that car had to be sold to raise funds for the rest of the season...

No Blog for a whole month.... I am a baaad man.

Just a quick round up for you this time, so much happening at the moment, new governments (finally), lots of racing...(with The 13 Ghosts GP, Moto GP AND formula -1 back on our screens, I'm currently in Motorsport heaven...) and a VERY VERY busy work schedule for all of us here at Synchro..

Given the amount of work both from new customers & existing, I would like to say a quick thank you to the support team for ensuring that our exceedingly high standards never slip.

As for personal news, I'm currently sitting pretty in 3rd place in the 13-Ghosts GP after 11 races and even picked up a bit of Sponsorship for the series, with Synchro32 now proudly displayed on participating racers cars... I promise to get some pics up of the last 4-5 cars I've raced, resplendent with Synchro32 logos as part of the racing livery.

The new Cat Alfie, has nicely settled in, and all the other animals and reptiles that make up my house are all happy and well fed.

Hello again.... wont keep you long..promise...

In our Thirteen Ghosts Grand-prix, we recently held a fun Destruction Derby event (great for working out stress against a rival driver) with a couple of interesting rules...

1: The car chosen MUST be from a film, it had to be the exact year & model, and had to have been used by the main character of said film

2: We had to include the NAME of the film somewhere on the paintwork of the car (remember, we can decorate our cars using an in game design tool, that enables you twist, shape & resize layers of shapes to produce an image) Whoever produced the best paint job wins 5 extra championship points..(i'm currently 3rd, so they'll take me to 2nd if I win this one)

Heres what I came up with, thought I'd share it with you all...

No one else thought to bring along a hulking great 4x4, so you can imagine the fun I had crushing everything I came across.....

March Marches past...

Hello again everyone...

Lots of news this month, Chris, Simon & Shane have just returned from the Cast expo show, which seems to have been a rousing success, i'm sure in no small part to the aforementioned colleagues professionalism.

3 new company's have taken on the System, so a big welcome to the family to them all.

Richard Raine is all set to begin his epic 2 month Australia training tour, so I would like to take the time to wish him a safe & successful trip.

In personal news, the F1's back on telly, so I'm a happy camper, and given that within the next 3 weeks, the Moto-gp and Doctor Who will have started again, I'll be in tv heaven.

The Thirteen Ghosts grand Prix continues... round 5 has just come & gone...and I got my FIRST 1st place of the season whilst driving at the sunny Mazda Raceway in Laguna Seca.. heres a shot of the car that got me there, a Lexus GT500 SC430 ...(and thats a Bugatti Veyron right behind me..eek)......

but wait..... theres more...

I've only gone and got myself another cat.... a rather cute pure white persian 10 month old kitten called Alfie (not my idea, his previous owners called him that..poor thing) I'll get some pics up in the next blog.

I hope Febuary has proved to be as good a month for all of our customers as it has been for us, with March shaping up to be even better. A big trip planned to see existing customers in Australia & Malaysia, and new installs in Singapore & New Zealand to attend to.

Onto personal news, The 13-Ghosts GP has begun in style, and we're already 2 races into the new season, lots of new drivers this year has bought some interesting new twists & driving styles to the pack. I'm currently sitting in 4th place on the drivers championship, with my teammate in 6th, but our team (Feral-Roar Racing) sits in 2nd place in the constructors table.

Yahoo Serious the Python remains as recalcitrant as ever as soon as a camera looms near him, but I'll get him next time!!

More personel news, A new 13 Ghosts forza Grand Prix season is looming, with flag down for the first race on Feb 20th. I'll have to keep you updated on this, our largest GP ever, as and when I have results.

In Synchro news, some of you may have already noticed our latest feature to help give you guys as smooth a ride as possible, as you can now pay invoices online on the Synchro32 website, just log in, and hit the Pay Invoices' button... as easy as that.

Glad Tidings for this, the festive season...

That one time of year when everyone is that bit nicer to the guy next door, and the postie takes the time to ring your doorbell to give you your mail.....as he wants a tip.......

the big question is, why cant we do this all the time???... I insist that the support team are as helpful, polite, friendly and professional at all times....and it just comes naturally...so surely, Mr Postie could be a bit more cheery on his daily routine, and Mr Blogs the bank teller could be a little more smiley when you go in to pay your bills.

Now, As Yahoo Serious the python is being a tad uncooperative in the papparazzi stakes, and point blank refuses to have his picture taken, it left me wondering what to share with you all for this blog.... So, I decided to post up my all time favourite Jeremy Clarkson column. I know, I know...some of you hate him, some of you love him... I think the guy is one of the funniest men alive...and intelligent with it...

Well, before you start reading the column, I would just like to say a few thank yous...

now..... Heres that column piece I promised.....

If a newspaper columnist wants to live an easy life, then it’s sensible to steer clear of certain issues. Laying into Jesus is right out. And it’s probably not a good idea to say the poor should have their shoes confiscated.
But the greatest taboo — the biggest landmine of the lot — is the touchy subject of horses.
I once wrote a column suggesting that nobody should be allowed to keep a pet unless their garden is big enough to exercise it. Under no circumstances, I argued, should you be allowed to put your animal in a lorry and drive it on the public road at 4mph. This went down badly. It turned out that there are three million horsists in Britain and each one of them wrote to me, hoping that I would die soon.

So I made a mental note to skirt round equine issues in future. Sadly, though, there are now three million and one horsists in Britain because my wife has just bought a brace of the damn things. I don’t know how much they cost but since they were imported from Iceland, I’m guessing it was quite a lot. Not as much, however, as they’re now costing the National Health Service. The first to fall off was my nine-year-old son.
He’d seen his sister trotting round the paddock and, being a boy, figured he could do it, too. Sadly I wasn’t around to stop him so I’ve only heard from the ambulancemen what happened exactly.

The next casualty was our nanny, who disproved the theory that when you fall off a horse you should get straight back on again. Because having done that she promptly fell off a second time. We had to mash her food for a while but she’s better now. So what about my wife? Well, as I write she’s skiing in Davos. Except she’s not because 24 hours before she was due to go she came off the nag, spraining her wrist and turning one of her legs into something the size, shape and texture of a baobab tree. So actually she’s in Davos, drinking. Apparently the accident was quite spectacular. On a quiet road, just outside David Cameron’s house incidentally, she took the tumble with such force that she was incapable of moving. And had to ring the nanny who, as a result of her fall, could only limp to the scene of the accident.

Needless to say the horse, with its walnut-sized brain, had been spooked by the incident and had run off. Neither of the girls was in a fit state to catch it, which meant a ton of (very expensive) muscle was galavanting around the road network, as deadly and as unpredictable as a leather-backed Scud missile.

After it was returned by a sympathetic neighbour, I offered to get a gun and put the bloody thing out of my misery. But no. The accident was not the horse’s fault, apparently. And nor will my wife take the blame, because she’s been riding since she was an embryo and hunting since foetus-hood. What happened was that the horse skidded on the tarmac. I see. An Icelandic horse, capable of maintaining significant speed over lava fields and sheet ice, couldn’t stay upright on asphalt. Of course. Stands to reason. So now all the female members of the Clarkson household are busy joining internet campaigns to get every road in the land resurfaced with special horse-grip tarmac.

This, it seems to me, is the problem with horse ownership. You can’t have one half-heartedly. Every morning you must go and clear its crap from the stables, and then you must spend the afternoon combing it and plaiting its tail and feeding it tasty apples. And then each night, as you get into bed, each bruise and aching joint serves as a painful reminder of that day’s accident. Horses take over your life as completely as paralysis. You can think of nothing else. And this gives the horse fraternity a sense that the whole world revolves around their pets, too. That’s why the hunting crowd are so vociferous. Because for them it’s not a pastime. It’s an all-consuming life. And it’s why my wife wants all roads resurfaced. More than that, she comes back every day white with apoplexy with something a “motorist” has just done. Not slowing down. Not moving over enough. Not coming by. Not turning the radio down. This from a woman who refuses to drive any car with less than 350 brake horsepower.

Of course we’re told often and loudly that roads were originally intended for horses, and that’s true. In the same way that the royal family was originally intended to govern. But times move on. The horse was replaced by the car and became a toy. And now it should be allowed on the roads, in the same way that the Queen is allowed into parliament. Briefly, and by invitation only. I’ve always said that if a boy comes to take my daughters out on a motorbike I shall drop a match in the petrol tank. And that if he buys another I shall do it again. But in the past month I’ve learnt that four legs are infinitely more dangerous than two wheels. So if he turns up on a horse I shall shoot him, and it. In the meantime I have to content myself with the behaviour of my donkeys. All they do, all day, is run up to their new, bigger field-mates and kick them.

..Hello Again.....

Before we start, I'd like to say a big thank you to the entire team, following yet another month of massive work for Synchro... with onsite & remote training at a record high, and more new customers coming to join the Synchro fold, the level of hard work has been superb.. I might even send you a christmas card..... Thanks Team.

Now, I know I promised some pictures of the new snake, Yahoo Serious, the royal python...but, sadly, he is in the middle of shedding, so is a little grumpy at the moment...so next time eh!.. HOWEVER... as hinted at in the title.... Xmas could be an intresting time for me... as the other two scaley ones are right in the middle of...ahem.... Courting..... heres hoping for some Egg's come xmas.... and not the ones you fry!.

Onto more news...as with all good things, the 13-Ghosts Forza GP season has now ended........and guess who managed to take 2nd place overall, and bring home the Members trophy??.......yup... I did it.... my best finish to date.... the new season will begin late Jan 2010, and I'll try to bring you updates as the new season starts, maybe even a pic or two...

uh-oh...the ankle tags going off..... the guards are coming...best get back to work...

Hello again everyone...

A little late getting my Blog done this time, due in no uncertain terms to the level of work over the last few months growing to even more unprecedented levels than before.

The summer (and indeed still now) has been a busy, but great time for all of the Synchro32 team, with Exhibitions in Austrailia & New Zealand, more in the U.S.A. and a record number of new sign ups to the system..... and all whilst maintaining our level of support we strive to give you...which is MY proudest point.

In the support team, we never forget why we are here, and its for you guys.

Right, Time for a catch-up on personal events methinks....

All Cats are well, and causing trouble...(bless em)

and yet another new addition has found its way into the ranks of the slithery ones...

'Yahoo Serious' the Royal Python has come to join the fun & froliks that make up my house, and a welcome guest he is too.

I seem to be steadily climbing up the championship in the 13 Ghosts grand prix, 4 races left this season, and i'm 2 points shy of a second place finish...that'll be a team driver cup in the bag for me if I can pull it off.... my Third trophy in the GP series.

In other news, I will be posting up a set of pictures from my Miniatures collection... all hand painted by yours truely... any comments or feedback will be gratefully accepted on this, as just with the Support Team, I'm always on the lookout for ways to improve.

Hello Again Everyone.

Well, July has shuffled along, and a new month starts...

What a month Julys been too.... Lots happening on the support desk, preperations for our trip to Austrailia and more besides.

But, the BIG news now, is Schumachers back!!! taking over from the injured Phillipe Massa. Although I wish Massa a speedy recovery, there surely must be rumblings through the paddock with the drivers knowing that the legend that is Schooey is about to get back behind an F1 steering wheel again.... I certainly wouldnt be surprised if Ferrari try to keep him longer than the remainder of the season.

On top of that, well done to Lewis Hamilton on his first podium finish....1st place no less.

Anyway, must be getting on, time to find out what today is going to bring me, after all you never know, hence the saying
"yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. Thats why it is called the present"

Greetings once again blog spotters.

As I sit and type to you now, I have made a promise not to complain about being cold ever again!

The temparature has been unbelievable these last couple of weeks, so at present, you can have your Support manager, 'Boiled' 'Poached' or 'Grilled'.

With Summer well and truly upon us, I sit and look back on the hard times we all faced at the start of the year, and how things do seem to be getting a little better. Lets hope the trend continues eh!?

Now, onto matters Scaley & cold....

I did promise to get some pics of the two lovebirds themselves, but, Dangerous Beans had other ideas, and has secluded himself in his hide as soon as he heard a zoom lens.

But, I have managed to get a nice shot of the new girl, 'Strawberry Cheesecake', and here she is:

Hello Again,

Well, I've only gone and increased my reptile collection again havent I.... A new Female Corn Snake has been added to my collection of slithery ones, as a tank mate, and breeding partner for Dangerous Beans.

I've called her Strawberry Cheesecake to continue the trend of silly names, and both Her & the Beany-boy are getting on like a house on fire... No need to worry about the pitter-patter of little snake, er, bellys, just yet, breeding season doesnt begin until January next year...PHEW!

Hoepfully will have some pictures of the two love birds soon...

A speedy year so far, with no signs of slowing

.. Hello Again everybody.

Well-well, almost at the halfway point of the year already.

As normal, a very busy period for the Synchro team, with a record number of support queries dealt with, new customers signing up, and lots of great feedback from you guys (your the ones, after all, whose feedback we value above all others)

I would like to thank the entire team for the normal, steadfast, professional manner in which they have all handled themselves, in these lean times.

Onto some personal news.

Well, I only went and did it again....... bagged a third successive trophy from another Warfighters event., ooh the fame, the adoration..... ok, getting a little carried away. Paintball this time, not Lasers... and I have the bruises to prove it.

The Animals are all healthy, and grow more devious each day, and Dangerous Beans has become a father to a clutch of snakes after he was lent out for breeding. I'm hoping to get some pictures of his slithery offspring soon.

I will post some fresh pics up of the warfighters event, and of course, that 3rd trophy....(did I mention I had one?) as soon as possible, and would like to wish all of our users the very best for the coming summer.

In personal news, lots going on at the moment, with Dangerous Beans the snake taking a vacation from my house to go off to meet a lovely lady corn snake, and hopefully produce a clutch of babies. I have asked for pictues of any that hatch, and I will update the blog if this happens...

some more positive news, I have once again managed to stick to a new years resolution I made years ago...... that being....never to make any new years resolutions...

Ahhh, December is almost here. can somebody please let 2008 know i need it to come back, as I'm not quite finished with it yet.

November proved to be yet another bumper month on the support desk, with every member of the team giving their all to make our customer's usage of Synchro even better, so a big thank you to all.

In personal news, Shane Allen joined me, and my fellow xbox mates for a trip down to Rugby and a day spent playing Warfighters (imagine paintball, without the paint) a great day was had by all, and I even managed to pick up another trophy for most valuble player (the only person to win back-to-back trophies no less!). Well, what a strange month, with the credit crunch situation changing on a daily basis, the weather changing more than a catwalk model, and (dare I say it) Xmas knocking on the door already.

oooh, an update.....

Well, its been a very busy few weeks, with Chris, Simon & Shane attending the IMTS show in Chicago (and very succesful it was too)

Time for some news from My Desk. a bumper month a support queries, but hopefully, the support team have managed to keep you all as upto date, and assisted as possible.

In personal news, I finally finished second overall in the GP mentioned in my last post, and I'm now enjoying a six week break before our new season starts.... new team, new team mate, new rules.....aaaarrrggghhh, was hard enough dealing with the last lot!

All the animals continue to run my existance outside of working hours, and Dangerous Beans just keeps on getting bigger.... (i wonder if there is such a thing as diet mice???)

Well, Welcome to our new look website, and indeed our new Blog section...

First off, I'd like to thank our dev team & Barbara Nolan for creating, what I'm sure you'll agree, is a first class website.. Well Done, & Thanks!

Righty-ho.... on with the Blog....

You should all know my voice by by now, and so we thought it would be a good idea if I put a few things down about myself so you know what I get upto when not at my desk.

I'm 33, and currently living in North wales with my two cats, 'Cinder' & 'Boo', a grumpy Bearded Dragon, 'Bungle', And my beloved snake, 'Dangerous Beans' (who's getting worringly large)

When not answering support calls, or assisting in other areas, I use up my free time by reading (voraciously, usually 2-3 books a week) usually books by authors such as Terry Prattchett, Jeremy Clarkson, Ben Counter, Dan Abnett and others.

I'm also a keen gamer on Xbox live, and part of a large and successful professional clan, 'The 13 Ghosts' that participates in national competitions, as well as our own highly popular Motorsport Grand Prix. you can find us at http://www.13ghosts.co.uk/

Speaking of the Grand Prix, it is in this game I get to flex my artistic muscle, as well as my driving ability, and have created a few fun designs for the Synchro team, using an inbuilt design feature that allows a user to bend and twist set shapes and create layers to get a finished result.. here are some examples of my work...

I'll get around to posting some better pictures of not just the cars, but my little menaces soon, but for now... its back to work.....
